The Purpose of CIHA
身 Body
Body need nutrition
Our body is composed of 30 to 40 trillion human cells and 30 to 40 trillion bacterial cells. The percentage of water is 75%, the proportion of solids is 24%, and the proportion of gas is 1%.
80% of the human cells are red blood cells, 0.2% of the cells are fat cells, and the remaining cells are about 19%.
One hundred percent of the chemical reactions in the human body must be carried out in water.
Keeping the pH in the blood is the body’s first major task.
One hundred percent of the cells use sugar as an energy source. Maintaining blood sugar levels in the blood is a second major task for our body.
Therefore, keeping enough water in the body, the pH value in the blood and the blood sugar concentration in the blood are the three main factors for maintaining good health.

Psychological dependence on education
People are community animals, and the relationship between people and people is an important factor in mental health. Mental health includes seven aspects: normal intelligence, emotional health, healthy will, behavior coordination, interpersonal relationship adaptation, moderate response, and psychological characteristics in line with age. .
In the “Yellow Emperor’s Canon”, it is pointed out that “the anger of the liver, the sadness of the heart, the sadness of the mind, the sadness of the lungs, the fear of hurting the kidneys”, the balance of mentality is also conducive to the health of the body.
In human health, it is displayed on eight levels: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind, mind, and spirit.
The relationship and interaction between people determines the individual’s psychology, which affects health.
健 Fitness
The metabolism and vomiting in our body is done by our body’s circulatory system.
There are three rivers in the human body: arteries, veins, and lymphatic systems;
These three systems complete the mutual conversion of liquids, solids and gases in our bodies.
If there is no fitness, which meat exercise, the metabolism cannot be effectively completed, and the waste in the body cannot be completely excreted.
Therefore, reasonable and appropriate physical exercise is a necessary condition for individual health.
康 Health
Health means that nutrition is comprehensive and balanced. There are eight major nutrients in our body.
Fat, protein, carbohydrates, water, vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and gas.
The comprehensiveness of nutrition is the key to health.
The nutrients we need in our body are not available from sports other than dietary supplements.

Sugar is essential for protecting the liver and maintaining constant body temperature. The three elements that make up the sugar are starch, sucrose, and glucose.

I am very honoured for being chosen as the president of the Canada International Health Association (CIHA) in 2019. I will be eager to promote the new concept of “Individual Health” through daily activities to achieve a goal of individual health to overcome chronic diseases.
Modern medical treatments and prevention of diseases focus on diseases. The main targets are either to cure diseases or to reduce the damage of diseases. Furthermore, professional medical personnel like doctors and nurses are the leading forces in the system. The medical system is undoubtedly one of the largest business in modern societies.
Uniquely, CIHA focuses on an individual’s daily activities like breathing, drinking, eating, working, exercising and sleeping. Everyday activities of each individual are the base of his or her health. It is the individual who makes decisions on his or her daily activities, and subsequently, the individual determines his or her health level on that day. It is what you do every day that build the foundation of your health. For example, your blood sugar level now is determined by what you have eaten hours earlier. Thus, you can control your health by drinking, eating and performing correctly through your daily activities.
CIHA’s new concept does not conflict with the Modern Medical System. The Modern Medical System is exceptional to treat diseases, and some people mistakenly place all emphasis on treating illnesses. Conversely, people forget or ignore the central part of health which originates from his/her daily activities. Thus, CIHA urgently focuses on the concept of true health which is controlled by and originated from each individual.
CIHA determines to educate each person on a new lifestyle subsequently reaching a new level of health through four main parts: physical health, including exercises and nutrition, mental health, working environment health and daily activities’ health.
Here is my personal story through the methods mentioned above:
I was a professor in Ecology and three years dean in the Biology department in China. However, I was not healthy. I had diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty liver, kidney stones and whole body allergy. I weighed 89 kg. Like millions of people, all my knowledge regarding health was to seek a doctor’s advice after I got ill. Thus, my hope lies solely on medical treatments. Then, I came to Canada in May 1999, and in just three months through the program, my health was completed changed. My weight changed from 89 kg to 64 kg. More importantly, all my diseases were gone without going under any medical treatments nor by taking a single pill.
Many people ask how and why. All I can tell you from what I learnt at this time is that you are the master of your health, and you are the only person who takes responsibility for your health. CIHA aims to help you to reach your health goal by the new concept of individual health through your daily activities.
Remember, all my friends, that your most valuable thing in the world, your ability to earn money, is based upon your health. your health benefit not only yourself but your family as well.
in a word, you are responsible for your health and doctors are responsible for curing your diseases.
